Chester Heights Republican Committee including all the 2017 Republican Candidates for council, mayor, constable, and tax collector have been sued in the Philadelphia Court of Common Pleas for the acts of libel, slander, and misrepresentation committed during the 2017 Electoral Campaign. Records obtained on October 2nd, 2017 indicate that as of July 2nd, 2013 the Chairperson the Chester Heights Republican Committee in Mr. Patrick Patterson and that Mrs. Ellen Luongo serves as treasurer as of March 25th, 2015.

The Chester Heights Republican Committee (CHRC) financed the 2017 electoral Campaign for the Candidates running for Council, Mayor, Tax Collector, Constable, and School Board.

Per article on Philly.com Delco Dem Says GOP falsely accused her of being a fugitive during the 2017 election.

The Committee for the Future of Chester Heights Borough is named as a defendant in case#180201438 filed on February 15th, 2018 in the Philadelphia Court of Common Pleas.

Serving as Chairman and  Treasurer, Mr. William Pascale and Mr. Richard Kearns, respectively established  The Committee for the Future of Chester Heights Borough  5 days before election day on November 2nd, 2017, submitted their registration with the Election Bureau via fax from Mr. Steve Luongo Towing on November 3rd, 2017, and once again  on November 6th, 2017.

A few days prior to election day (Nov 7th, 2017) this committee sent out a bulk mail item containing false and misleading information for the benefit of the Chester Heights Republican Candidates. This bulk mail piece is one of the exhibits on the claim identified below.  (Due to the false nature of the exhibits they have been excluded from the complaint shown on this site as we do not want to further distribute false information.)

The Committee for the Future of Chester Heights Borough was funded by Delaware County Republican Finance Committee located at 323 State Street, Media PA 19063 on 10/31/2017 Receiving a donation in the amount of $1500.  On Nov 20th, 2017 the committee made the following expenditures: a payment of $937.04 to the Country Press located at 10 Pennel Rd., Media PA 19063 for printing expense, and a donation of the balance of the funds ($562.96) to the Chester Heights Republican Committee.
